Document to be Submitted

1. A photocopy of the Birth Certificate Aahaar Card of the child. The Original copy to be shown to the School’s Office for verification.
2. Photocopy of the latest Progress Report/Mark Sheet of the child issued by the School attended last.
3. Original Transfer Certificate issued by the School attended last.
4. Photocopy of Identity Proof (Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport) of the parents.
5. Four copies of coloured passport sized, recent photographs of the child and Family photo with child.
6. Duly completed Health Certificate Form certified by a registered Medical Practitioner.
7. Any other relevant documents like Community Certificate etc.
